VENDOR Application

Vendors will be given a 10x10 booth space. Artist & Craft vendors do not have electricity. Food vendors (trucks & trailers) will have electric spots. 

Two vendor wristbands will be provided to each vendor. This also gives access to the weekend fun & show! 

Two vendor car passes will be provided to ALL vendors. Vendors will be able to drive to the booth for set up & tear down purposes.

Starbrick Music Festival is an outdoor festival. ALL vendors are responsible for providing their own tents and tables. Vendors should also plan on bringing their own extension cords (50 - 100 ft). We do not refund due to inclement weather. 

Vendors will be required to be set up by 11AM on Friday June 6, 2025. Vendors can start arriving as early as 9AM. Doors open at 12PM on Friday. 

Food vendors must provide & maintain a liability insurance policy with the minimum limits of one million dollars. A copy of insurance must be sent to starbrickmusicfestival@gmail.com

No refunds will be given to vendors. We cannot control the weather. Vendors should come prepared rain or shine.
